Evaluation Fees

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation$5,000 flat unit price

Children or adults: Includes interview, assessment and testing, analysis and interpretation, a brief written report (2-4 pages), and feedback; half of the fee is payable in advance of the evaluation and half is payable at the beginning of the assessment.

Comprehensive Written Report$500 / hr

In addition to the flat unit price, for cases that need a detailed comprehensive report for medical-legal reasons, professional consultation, pre- or post-operation or and other medical procedures, rehabilitation programs, or individual educational program (IEP).

Legal & Medical Fees

Out of Office Evaluation$500 / hr

Travel time and expenses in addition to the flat unit price

Record Review$500 / hr

Review of psychological, medical, legal, and other records; retainer of $2,000 due prior to review; additional charges are due and credits are returned upon completion.

Legal Consultation$500 / hr

Consultations pertaining to review of reports, records, interviews, depositions, and trial records, research, and preparation for deposition or court appearance; retainer of $2,000 due prior to consultation; additional charges are due and credits are returned upon completion.

Expert Trial/Arbitration Appearance/Out of Office Deposition$3,000 half / $6,000 full day

In Office Deposition$600 / hr

2 hour minimum.
